• Registered Nurses must possess a minimum of 12 months post-graduate clinical experience (the employer or alike may request for more experience)
• Registered Nurses and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses must hold a current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• The employee must be a citizen or permanent resident, or the holder of a valid visa with work entitlements
• Current and most recently updated vaccinations and immunity records (that cover the following vaccines: Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis; Hepatitis B; Measles, Mumps, Rubella; and Varicella and completion of a Tuberculin (Mantoux) Skin Testing)
• Registered Nurses, Endorsed Enrolled Nurses and Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, Carers or Orderlies must possess the required qualification or certificate
• National criminal history record and working with children checks must be current

Our team interviews applicants all across Sydney and other remote areas or overseas prospective candidates that are interested to relocate to Sydney, NSW, Australia. All successful applicants are vigorously screened in order to ensure that they are qualified and experienced to work in their specified position, as well as ensuring they are competent to meet the individual’s needs depending which facility or community service they are allocate to by our team. Our team conducts an over the phone pre-screening interview, then requires the prospective candidate to attend a formal interview and if successful our team executes all statutory and professional checks and attains a minimum of two references from managerial or alike positions. All successful applicants that pass the aforementioned stages are then eligible to join our nursing team.

Every effort is made to find work that is conveniently located to the candidate, although the nature of agency nursing means that staff will be expected to travel a reasonable distance for work on occasions for placements.
