Discover Nursing Australia (DNA) offers companionship, emotional and social support to ensure participants continue to access the community on a regular basis. We can offer a range of supports, such as:

• Transportation to appointments and/or other events for participants who cannot use public transport;
  
  
• Receiving prompting and guidance to exercise;
  
  
• Being accompanied to volunteering activities; and
  
  
• Having support with education and employment.
