Discover Nursing Australia is a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Service Provider that aspires to offer compassionate, supportive and dedicated support workers who will assist, perform and guide individuals who are inflicted with a disability/ies. We endeavour to ensure these individuals have a dignified life in the community by offering our recently established Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation to individuals that require high intensity care.
We endeavour to tailour our supports to the individuals needs by promoting, encouraging and assisting them to achieve their goals by living as independently as possible within our Supported Independent Living (SIL). We aspire to have support workers on a 24/7 basis – this is to ensure that individuals requiring high intensity care will be supported efficaciously.
This Supported Independent Living (SIL) is based in Warners Bay – it is a luxury, recently renovated 6-bedroom accommodation, including, a warming self-contained studio with a private backyard. This home is only 15 km to the Newcastle City Centre and just 15 km to the nearest beach! This home is located on the high side of the street and rests in a highly sought-after lifestyle location only 1 km from the Esplanade along with the several wonderful facilities it has to offer. A small portion of these facilities consist of a major shopping village, alluring parks, delicious restaurants as well as pristine shores of the lakes nearby. It is also in close proximity to both Warners Bay Highschool and Warners Bay Public school.

· 5 spacious sun-filled bedrooms, a large lounge, and 2 luxury kitchens (one kitchen is brand new and the other has a double bakery style oven and a breakfast bar).;
